Well if she keeps jumping up I would recommend just leaving her there. I'm assuming she roams freely around the house, or at least around your room at night? She might sense that you're lonely at night and wants to keep you company while your boyfriend is away. It really is just an affection thing. She loves you. Sleeping with a giant rabbit is just like sleeping with a dog. They generally avoid getting in your way, give you your space, and will jump down if they decide they don't want to be on the bed anymore. Theres really nothing you can do besides lock her in her cage if she has one.
