My buttons, who has my buttons, where have they gone and why?

You proved buttons can do so much we would feel undressed without them and reminds me I need to do something with mine on one of my cardigans they need repair, and I want to use my buttons for other things damn it! I love them buttons we are like the Borrowers collecting them or one of them bowerbirds I want to be one of them I want to fly...........Borrowers risk getting trodden on or flushed down the sink be a bowerbird with me and collect all the blue ones like on my cardigan.
