How to plan an interesting training program for employees working on a cattle Field?

Im working in a company that sells milk products and I have to design a training program for employees that will work in a cattle field. Basically we were thinking of keeping the theme as an arabic thing,using the phrase 'Khul jaa sim sim' to open caves and all. Any suggestions are welcome.
