HELPP! my dumpy frog looks dead...?

So I woke up this morning and my dumpy tree frog was all sprawled out on the ground and his legs look all limp so I thought he was dead but 10 minutes later I saw him breathing, but still in the same possession as before. He has been a problem for awhile ever since we got him the first day he ate one meal worm and then began opening and closing his mouth. For the next two weeks he didn't eat anything and wud just cling to the tree branches and lay in his water dish so I tried giving him a cricket and he ate but then for the next 4 days he wouldn't eat anything anymore and yesterday I noticed he shedd and his skin fell into the water so he didn't eat like usual. The temp. And humidity is fine... What's wrong my frog?
