HELP!!!! Recover Youtube account!?

Well, I hadn't been on my Youtube for 2 years, and since it's linked to google now, it changed my account name and erased my videos! If you look up the username and videos, you can watch them, but it wont let me sign in as it anymore! HELP!!!!!!!!!!
