My MSN account has been blocked?

Its been blocked and i think i know why - it is probably because my account kept on sending a lot of junk to others and then it came back with postmaster mails well anyway i can get it recovered if i get a code to my parent's address however i can't tell my parents otherwise they will be like 'why did you go on msn, you shouldn't be on it' and basically i will be in trouble big time as it has emails to people that i shouldn't be emailing because my parents are against their family so please help asap!!! definitely 10 points for the best answers so please please help!!
