Um, I just did something really stupid!?

Okay, so for some reason my mom's cellphone takes pictures of random stuff. So every now and then she asks me to delete them. She got a new phone and this time I went to delete the pictures, and for some reason her new phone deleted all the pictures! She didn't have a memory card in her phone either. Is there anyway I can recover her pictures even though she doesn't have a memory card in her phone?
