What Is the best type of animal to have on a farm? 10 points for the best answer!!!?

I was thinking about sheep, cattle, or goats. Which are better for selling for meat on the market? Is dairy farming better for money? Are there any other types that are better? My aunt and uncle are cattle farmers for dairy, my dad is a sheep farmer, my other aunt and uncle are goat farmers, my cousin is a sheep farmer, my great aunt is a beef farmer, my papa was a sheep and cattle farmer and most of my family farms something. But when i asked them, three guesses what they said. They all said that what they farmed are the best. So my question is at this point, what is the best type of animal to have on a farm for meat or dairy?
