What does this mean??? am i more than a friend to her?

we have been flirting and teasing each other for past sev months. then she has to get her appendix taken out and she has been recovering for past month. yesterday we were bored and fbing and then she started showing me pics of her old childhood friends from when she lived in florida. she says she was the ugly duckling and ppl picked on her and then mentioned her two boyfriends she had before moving to texas and how she remains friends with them. then today she offered to go warm up my food cause she needed the walk (microwave was in another building). then she was going to mcdonalds and calls to see if i wanted food. this hasnt been the only time she has bought me stuff. the only thing ive bought for her was balloon, hello kitty doll and stuff when she was in hospital.... does she like me more than a friend?
