Recovery help on a tablet!?

i have an arnova 101 tablet and i had taken some pictures and i deleted them by accident. i know that the tablet has flash memory and i cant download many things on it, but is there any way i can download a system recovery on my laptop and use it on my tablet if so how or is there a way to just recover it on my tablet alone, again if so how??? any help is appreciated!! thanks in advance!
