Need help with recovering locked RS account?

K so i decided to go back to runescape today, and I realized I had forgotten my password. So I went filled out all the info and recovered it back. Now I try to log in and it says i'm locked so I go to recover that enter allll the same info and it doesn't work? I tried differntly2 more times and then my IP is now banned from recovering accounts momentarily. I'm really pissed abohut this and I can't post on their forums or do anything to contact them because my acount is lockedk, and I don't want to make a new account to say my main is lockied... Please help
