Is the practice of Eugenics OK?

strictly "philosophically" speaking, this divides peoples, not unites them. whenever you pick certain traits and hold them up as superior, you are putting others down as inferior. This is what Hitler did when he deceived Germans into believing themselves superior, and Jews inferior. so what is the motive that justifies this risk? you know ultimately eugenics is not about disease, but about wiping out whole races -
