How to start a cattle ranch?

I am 15 and live in Arizona. I plan on finishing high school and starting a ranch. I have been around the outdoors my whole life and have experience with animals, and I really don't like city life. I would need land, and I think leasing from the government would be best. I would like to move to northern AZ or Colorado. What is the best land for catte? What breeds make the most money? How should I purchase land? What would I need to do after I purchase land? Thanks
