Answer me! I have butt cramps???????

i have larvae dripping from my bum and it hurts. It looks wormy and thick. i sat on the can and now it has stained fluid larvae in it. I am so embarrassed . I am 14. i took off my pants and got in the tub but now bloody babies from the larvae is dripping out. i am a nervous wreck. i also think my tongue is infected because there is a little hole in it and it also has nasty tasting fluids. I AM IN PAIN!! So i just put on an adult diaper and my mom walked in and squeezed my liquid larvae sack,and said "YOU are in deep trouble" and grabbed my bum and sprawled me out on the sheet and got a finger and dug the larvae out. I AM SO EMBARRASSED!!! what do i do?
